We offer a Money Back Guarantee if you are dissatisfied with your eDiploma.
The eDiploma will be disabled after a refund is issued.
Please email ediploma@michaelsutter.com to request a refund of your eDiploma.
Include your Order Number and the reason you are dissatisfied.
(Not being able to print is not a qualified reason. see How to use your eDiploma)

Diploma Orders

A Diploma Order can only be cancelled if the order has not been mailed.
Please email diplomaorder@michaelsutter.com to cancel your Diploma Order.
Include your Order Number.
